Hugging this character: Yes. Depends on the CR. I can't guarantee Seifer will respond well. 
Kissing this character: Yes. Your muse can try it, but again, I can't guarantee he'll react well.
Flirting with this character: Yes. He'll probably smirk like an asshole and flirt back.
Fighting with this character: Maybe. For arguments: go for it. For brawling: I'd prefer to talk beforehand to compare their abilities, see if anyone has an advantage, etc.
Injuring this character: Maybe. Roughing him up/kicking his arrogant ass is okay, but if it's anything major please talk to me first.
